How the monthly drawing actually runs

The monthly drawing isn't a marketing story. It runs on an automated system, it's monitored, and prize payouts flow through a real rewards-fulfillment platform.

Step 1 Entry period

Entries close at the end of each month

Every free spin during a calendar month is an entry into that month's drawing. When the month ends, the entry window closes and the pool is locked.

1st of the month at 8:00 AM CST

An automated system picks the winner from that month's eligible entries. A separate monitor runs an hour later and alarms the engineering team if the run failed or produced no winners — the drawing has to happen.

Yes. Spinning the wheel is free, entering the monthly drawing is free, and if you win, receiving the prize is free. No purchase is necessary and we never charge participants.

How do I win?

Every free spin is one entry into that month's drawing. On the 1st of the following month, an automated system picks the winner from that month's eligible entries. If you're selected, we'll reach you through the contact info you provided when you spun.

When exactly is the winner picked?

On the 1st of every month at 8:00 AM CST. Entries for a given month close at the end of that calendar month, and the drawing for that pool runs the following day at 8:00 AM CST. A separate monitor runs an hour later and pages the engineering team if the run failed or produced no winners.

Do I have to buy anything?

No. No purchase is ever necessary to enter or to win. Every spin is a free entry. You'll see optional offers from advertising partners between the spin and the claim — that's how the prizes are funded — but you never have to opt into any of them to be entered into the drawing.

How will you contact me if I win?

Through the email address (and, where applicable, the phone number) you provided during the spin flow. Winners are also published to the public Winners List.

Is the drawing actually run automatically?

Yes. Winner selection runs on a scheduled job on the 1st of every month — nobody picks a name by hand. A separate monitor watches that job and pages the engineering team on the same day if the selection didn't fire, errored, or produced no winners. Every past winner is published to the public Winners List, which is the durable record of the drawing.

What information do you collect, and why?

How do I unsubscribe?

Use the unsubscribe page and you're removed from our marketing messages. You don't have to give a reason, and any entries you've already placed for the current drawing remain eligible.
